Isabelle Bartscher

Isabelle earned her Bachelor of Arts degree studying Psychology and Communication Studies at Augustana College. Prior to and since graduation, she has worked with all age levels on skill building through activities and goal-based learning. This includes children and adults with diagnoses ranging from Autism Spectrum Disorder to severe mental illness.

Isabelle has been trained as a Registered Behavior Technician as well as received training in trauma- informed care and crisis intervention. Her most significant experience is in planning and executing activities specific to the clients’ interests and needs in order to work towards measurable goals. As a BHIS worker, Isabelle applies these skills while working directly with the child and their family to facilitate opportunities for growth.
